  • Alondra Flores

    Executive Assistant / Program Manager

Born in Jalisco, Mexico, Alondra has called the U.S. her home since she was a baby. For several years, Alondra worked in the legal field as a paralegal for immigration and criminal defense attorneys in the Denver metro area where she saw the daily legal struggles that her community faced. In 2012, she campaigned alongside organizers working to obtain enough signatures for a ballot measure to allow undocumented immigrants access to a driver’s license in the state. After a brief pause to focus on her family, Alondra began to volunteer with Casa de Paz in early 2021, intrigued by the love and compassion that Casa de Paz gave to the undocumented immigrant community. With the support of her husband and children, Alondra graduated in the Fall of 2022 from the University of Colorado Denver with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Alondra is a crucial part of Casa and her skills, love, and compassion, keep Casa running.
